Booking Policies

Deposits

A deposit of $200 is required to secure a short-stay reservation. Deposits are made once your booking request is confirmed by Visa, MasterCard or e-transfer. The balance of your account can be settled the night before your departure by cash, Visa, MasterCard or e-transfer.

Non-Smoking Accommodations

All of our cabins are non-smoking. You may smoke outside and we provide ashtrays on our screened porches if required.

Check-in/Check-out

Check in starts at 4:30pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, you are welcome to take the Park Pass and see the Visitor Centre. Staff will be here to greet you and check you in at 4:30.


Check out is at 10:30am. You can ask if the cleaning schedule allows a later check-out. You are more than welcome to enjoy the grounds or take a last canoe ride on the lake once you have checked out of your cabin.

Pets

Please contact us if you would like to bring your dog. Fees apply.

Gratuities

We do not charge a service fee for our cottages, though many Ontario resorts do. Our staff prides itself on exceptional personal service and appreciates your recognition. Most guests leave 5-10% when settling their account, which we then distribute to all staff.
